APARTMENT COMPLEX IN
WASHINGTON, DC
Living in Washington can put work, museums, restaurants, events, and different parts of the city within reach. Whether you are moving to DC or already call the city home, Cielo Modern Residences gives you a place in NoMa that works well when your days take you beyond your immediate neighborhood.
Choose from studios through three-bedroom apartments with in-home laundry, smart entry, individual climate control, and kitchens with Silestone countertops. Beyond your apartment, you can work in the tech lounge or private conference pods, exercise in the fitness and yoga studios, or spend time at the rooftop pool and ninth-floor garden lounge.
Keep Different DC Commutes Within Reach
Your workday may take you to more than one part of Washington. From nearby NoMa–Gallaudet U, the Red Line runs directly to Union Station, Judiciary Square, Gallery Place, Metro Center, Farragut North, and Dupont Circle. That gives you a straightforward rail option for offices and meetings across several central DC districts without changing trains.
Judiciary Square is two stops from NoMa–Gallaudet U, Gallery Place is three, Metro Center is four, and Farragut North is five. These direct connections can be useful if your workplace changes, you regularly travel between offices, or two people in your household commute to different parts of the city.
Not every DC destination is a direct ride. Capitol South, Navy Yard, Southwest DC, and destinations across the Potomac typically require a transfer, an additional walk, or another route. For those trips, two downtown stations make it easier to move beyond the Red Line.
Use Downtown Transfer Points to Reach More of Washington
A Red Line address can still work when your destination is on another Metro line. From NoMa–Gallaudet U, Gallery Place and Metro Center are both direct stops, giving you two useful places to change trains.
Gallery Place connects the Red Line with the Green and Yellow lines. For example, you can change there for the Green Line to Navy Yard–Ballpark. Metro Center connects with the Blue, Orange, and Silver lines, opening routes toward Federal Triangle, Capitol South, Foggy Bottom, and Rosslyn.
Together, these two stations connect you with every other Metrorail line serving central Washington. Instead of treating the Red Line as the limit of your rail access, you can use these transfer points when work, appointments, or other plans take you elsewhere in DC.
Make More of Washington Part of Your Week
Living in DC can make museums, games, concerts, restaurants, and waterfront destinations easier to work into your plans. Some outings are especially straightforward from Cielo. Gallery Place puts you near Capital One Arena, Penn Quarter, the National Portrait Gallery, and the Smithsonian American Art Museum.
Other plans take one connection. Nationals Park, The Wharf, and museums along the National Mall are all reachable by Metro, although the best station depends on your destination. For Smithsonian museums in particular, it helps to check the specific museum because they span much of central Washington.
A concert near Gallery Place, a game at Nationals Park, and an afternoon at a Smithsonian museum can each fit into a different kind of day. That gives you more choices for how you spend your time in Washington without reducing the city to a list of attractions.
