What types of apartment homes does Cielo offer?
Cielo offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartment homes.

What apartment features come standard?
Every home includes smart entry, individual climate control, and a full-size washer and dryer. Select units also include a choice of two interior design schemes, glass barn doors, and clerestory windows.

Is Cielo accessible?
Yes, Cielo offers accessible units and building features in accordance with ADA requirements.

Community Amenities

What community amenities does Cielo offer?
Cielo's amenities span three distinct outdoor spaces: a 12th floor rooftop pool and indoor lounge, a 9th floor garden with a fire pit and grills, and a ground level courtyard and lounge. Indoor amenities include a fitness studio with in-studio Peloton bikes, a yoga studio, a tech lounge with private conference pods, a pet spa, and an on-site bicycle shop.

Yes, Cielo has an on-site maintenance team, plus 24/7 emergency maintenance.

Leasing, Fees & Deposits

Is there an application fee?
Yes, the application fee is $50.

Is there an amenity fee?
Yes, the amenity fee is $250, waived with an active special where applicable.

Is a security deposit required?
Yes. The deposit is $250 or one month's rent, depending on screening outcome. Cielo also partners with The Guarantors as a deposit-free alternative for qualifying applicants.

Is there a pet deposit?
There is no pet deposit. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $500 applies at move-in.
